Franciscans aiming for Darlington

Good to read in 'Forest Murmurs' that Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate are aiming to take over the Carmel in Darlington. It seems to demonstrate that Orders using the EF are beginning to noticeably flourish as it is only very recently that the Carmelites & Poor Clares (also Franciscans) left Darlington. The big question (apart from the availability of some £1.5M) seems to be whether there is a local priest able to celebrate Mass in the EF for them.

    IF-and it's a BIG if-the Fransciscan Sisters go to Darlington, a chaplain will be sent with them
